GeoffreySUMNERSUMNER - Geoffrey William (Jed) On 12th September 2009, suddenly but peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 58 years and of Walford Avenue Rhyl. Darling Husband of Sue, much loved Dad of Hayley, Jason James, Colin, Leighton, Joanna, Sian and Gemma and a loving Father in law, Grandad Brother Brother in law and Uncle. Will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service will be held at St Thomas' Church Rhyl on Tuesday 22nd September at 2.30pm followed by interment at the Town Cemetery.
